What you will do
- Lead the design and management of the Global Forum’s monitoring and peer review programmes for tax transparency.
- Provide targeted policy advice to the Secretary-General’s Office and Sherpa on tax and development, including G20 and G7 contributions.
- Represent the Global Forum and in high-level internal and external meetings with international organisations and national authorities.
- Manage and develop a diverse team, setting clear objectives and promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Establish and maintain strategic professional networks with academia, research institutions, and global stakeholders.
- Oversee human and financial resources to ensure the delivery of the Programme of Work and Budget.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in economics, law, or a professional qualification in tax.
- At least 10 years’ senior-level experience in national government, private sector, or international organisations working on tax or exchange of information.
- Proven record of developing relations within a political decision-making environment and high-level stakeholder management.
- Fluency in either English or French ( official languages).
- Extensive experience in conducting rigorous analysis and developing innovative policy products.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of languages other than English and French.
