What you will do

• Lead the design and management of the Global Forum’s monitoring and peer review programmes for tax transparency.
• Provide targeted policy advice to the Secretary-General’s Office and hirify.global Sherpa on tax and development, including G20 and G7 contributions.
• Represent the Global Forum and hirify.global in high-level internal and external meetings with international organisations and national authorities.
• Manage and develop a diverse team, setting clear objectives and promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Establish and maintain strategic professional networks with academia, research institutions, and global stakeholders.
• Oversee human and financial resources to ensure the delivery of the Programme of Work and Budget.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in economics, law, or a professional qualification in tax.
• At least 10 years’ senior-level experience in national government, private sector, or international organisations working on tax or exchange of information.
• Proven record of developing relations within a political decision-making environment and high-level stakeholder management.
• Fluency in either English or French (hirify.global official languages).
• Extensive experience in conducting rigorous analysis and developing innovative policy products.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of languages other than English and French.
