What you will do
- Define and execute the omnichannel and digital strategy for 50+ European markets.
- Manage full P&L responsibility for e-commerce, CRM, digital media, and client service operations.
- Lead the European digital transformation and elevate the brand's image and product exclusivity.
- Collaborate as a key member of the European Leadership Team (CODIR).
- Oversee performance marketing and clienteling initiatives to drive business growth.
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the regional omnichannel team.
Requirements
- Must be based in Paris, France.
- Extensive experience in omnichannel strategy and digital business leadership.
- Proven track record in P&L management within the luxury or retail sector.
- Fluent in English and French (C1 level).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of CRM, digital media, and e-commerce ecosystems.
