is a deep-tech startup developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer based on Schrödinger cat qubits.
What you will do
- Lead the identification, assessment, and execution of public funding strategies across Europe, APAC, and MEA.
- Act as the primary institutional interface with government agencies, policymakers, and quantum ecosystem organizations.
- Oversee the governance, contractualization, and compliance of publicly funded projects.
- Provide strategic intelligence and actionable recommendations on regulatory trends and public policy.
- Represent the company in institutional forums related to quantum technologies and HPC.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in public affairs, institutional relations, or public funding.
- Proven experience in deep-tech (ideally Quantum) or regulated industrial environments.
- Fluent English and French are mandatory.
- Master’s degree in Public Policy, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or Political Science.
- Must be based in Paris or able to work in a hybrid setup in France.
