Compensation: $8,554.25 - $13,340.92 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise collaboration services within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Develop and support custom solutions using REST APIs, PowerShell, and Python for automation.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical designs and system configurations.
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 operational support, troubleshooting complex application failures and defects.
- Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with security, data integrity, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the university to coordinate systems development and enhancement projects.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange.
- Practical experience with automation scripting (PowerShell, Python) and API development (REST, Microsoft Graph).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
Nice to have
- University degree in Computer Science.
- Experience with modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, SPFx).
- Familiarity with Azure services, Entra ID, and OAuth 2.0 authentication models.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and SQL for data integration.
