What you will do

• Design and execute deployment validation processes for Windows and macOS.
• Administer and manage enterprise MDM platforms including Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and analyze system logs.
• Automate testing workflows and implement operational best practices.
• Document validation procedures and operational processes.
• Collaborate on improving device enrollment and configuration management.

Requirements

• Must be located in Latin America.
• 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with Jamf Pro and MDM solutions.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Bash.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience validating software deployments and analyzing logs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kandji, SCCM, or Apple Business Manager.
• Knowledge of identity providers like Okta.
• Familiarity with virtualization environments like VMware or Azure VMs.
• Experience with QA automation frameworks.
