What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy encompassing Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO.
• Pioneer AI Optimization (AIO) strategies to ensure brand visibility in generative AI engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Oversee site architecture, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals, while implementing advanced Schema.org structured data.
• Partner with CRO teams to route organic traffic into high-converting digital funnels to drive MQLs and e-commerce revenue.
• Monitor keyword rankings and AI citations to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
• Collaborate with web engineering and distributed content creators to align editorial calendars with search data.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 5+ years dedicated to enterprise-level SEO.
• Proven experience scaling organic traffic within a complex B2B enterprise software environment.
• Deep understanding of the shift from traditional search to AEO/AIO and how LLMs retrieve information.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise SEO platforms (Semrush, Ahrefs, BrightEdge) and crawling tools (Screaming Frog).
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Strong technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their impact on indexing.
