What you will do

• Define and evolve global reference architectures for WAN, LAN, WLAN, internet edge, and cloud connectivity.
• Design resilient Azure network architectures, including hub-and-spoke connectivity, BGP policy, and ExpressRoute integration.
• Architect firewall and remote-access solutions using Palo Alto Networks and Prisma Access technologies.
• Establish standard site blueprints for manufacturing, R&D, and distribution centers, focusing on segmentation and resilience.
• Lead technical root-cause analysis for major incidents and convert findings into durable architectural improvements.
• Mentor engineers and produce high-quality high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD) and operational documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience, including 3+ years in architecture or lead design roles.
• Expert-level understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, route redistribution, QoS, and VPN technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks and Microsoft Azure cloud networking.
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Must be located in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCIE, PCNSE, or Azure networking/security certifications.
• Experience with Cato Networks, Prisma SD-WAN, or comparable SASE platforms.
• Network automation experience using Python, Ansible, Terraform, or Git.
• Experience with Cisco ISE, 802.1X, and IT/OT segmentation in manufacturing environments.
