Salary: $155,000–$165,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute the Hardlines licensing strategy for North America, covering toys, plush, seasonal, and stationery.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage best-in-class licensing partnerships to ensure strong product pipelines.
• Collaborate with retail strategy and sales teams to align product assortments with mass, specialty, and ecommerce channels.
• Drive innovation in product development to reflect consumer trends and brand storytelling.
• Analyze category performance and market trends to optimize product mix, pricing, and placement.
• Maintain frequent in-person engagement with Los Angeles–based partners and creative stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in toys, games, plush, or seasonal categories.
• Proven track record managing licensed IP environments from concept to retail.
• Strong understanding of the North American retail landscape across mass, specialty, and ecommerce channels.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple product categories and complex timelines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
