What you will do

• Manage Asset Servicing events such as Restructurings, Repricings, and Bankruptcies and assess their impact on operations.
• Handle Covenant and Financial Reporting requirements determined by legal investment agreements.
• Conduct daily event management, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Operations, Credit Risk, and Deal Teams.
• Manage relationships with external clients, Agents, and Companies.
• Mitigate Material Non Public Information (MNPI) risk through strict communication compliance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field with 1 year of experience OR a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience.
• Experience reviewing underwriting documentation and financial statements to interpret complex asset servicing events.
• Proficiency in interpreting credit agreements and monitoring covenant structures (e.g., DSCR, leverage ratios).
• Experience with the full loan lifecycle and associated end-to-end operational requirements.
• Ability to identify financial risks and interpret the impact of servicing events on credit worthiness.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and operational controls.
