What you will do

• Lead the software architecture, design, and execution of automated hardware validation frameworks.
• Build, resource, and manage the physical hardware validation lab infrastructure in Atlanta.
• Develop shared test libraries and automation tools using Python, C, and low-level Linux configurations.
• Direct relational test data store architecture for deep diagnostic analytics across embedded devices and cloud platforms.
• Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives with hardware, OS, and cloud teams throughout product lifecycles.

Requirements

• Demonstrated engineering leadership experience guiding cross-functional hardware and software teams.
• Proficiency in low-level C programming and high-level scripting in Python or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with embedded Linux configurations and kernel protocols (SPI, I2C, UART).
• Practical knowledge of electronic schematics and diagnostic equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers).
• Ability to design relational test databases using PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Degree in electrical or computer engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux driver development.
• Experience with battery power management validation.
