What you will do

• Manage SAP Master data, including material master data and output maintenance.
• Create and maintain Purchase Orders, Info records, and Scheduled Agreements.
• Process Sales Orders and maintain price and payment terms.
• Generate SAP/SAC reports regarding supplier lists and price deviations.
• Coordinate tool ordering, tool change ordering, and TAD maintenance.
• Handle ad-hoc reports, mass communication to suppliers, and certificate management in SAP.

Requirements

• University or college degree.
• Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas and pivot), Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• English: B2 level required for daily communication.
• Location: Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine for hybrid work.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP ERP and S4HANA systems.
• German language proficiency at A2/B1 level.
• Interest in learning Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
