What you will do

• Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies across the territory.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and technical "champion," building credibility with stakeholders to drive product adoption.
• Enable clients at scale through technical workshops and the development of customer-facing collateral.
• Translate field-derived, data-driven insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
• Act as the tier-3 escalation point for the most complex technical challenges to ensure success in mission-critical environments.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy
• 10+ years of transactional database (OLTP) expertise across engineering, product development, administration, and pre-sales.
• 6+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or consulting role influencing technical executives and driving data strategy.
• Proficiency in programming, debugging, and problem-solving using SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience building solutions within major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
