What you will do

• Map and hunt relevant affiliate creators using AI-powered discovery platforms.
• Review and memorialize high-performing creator content in the CRM to ground selection decisions.
• Execute structured selection processes and manage targeted commission-based invitations.
• Drive posts toward aggressive engagement targets and manage performance-based paid amplification.
• Manage the full CRM pipeline including outreach, sample logistics, and performance reporting.
• Present pipeline health and market learnings to leadership using AI-scaled reporting.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, or have graduated within the past year.
• Native TikTok fluency with deep understanding of creator ecosystems and trends.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to scale outreach or analysis.
• Strong analytical instincts for social listening and KPI reporting.
• Experience managing end-to-end creator or influencer campaigns.
• Must be able to work onsite in London at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience at a social platform, beauty/prestige brand, or high-velocity social commerce team.
• Prior experience with eCommerce seller or affiliate platforms.
