Prescribing Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (In Person) - 1099 Contractor

Location: Pennsylvania, United States; hiring prioritized in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Full-time US residency and office space in PA, DE, or NJ are required. The role combines in-person care with video appointments.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric medication management through 60-minute intake appointments and regular follow-ups.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric medication evaluations.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document treatment recommendations.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications and provide longitudinal treatment.
• Message patients and coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.
• Deliver culturally responsive care across a broad range of diagnoses, needs, and severity levels.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited CCNE PMHNP program, or an ARC-PA-accredited physician assistant program with PANCE certification.
• Hold an unrestricted state license and have at least 2 years of professional practice experience.
• Be a full-time resident of the United States and have office space allowing client visits in Pennsylvania, Delaware, or New Jersey.
• Provide care across a full range of diagnoses, clinical complexity, and severity levels.
• Strong preference for an active DEA license.

Nice to have

• Psychiatry certification, post-graduate psychiatry fellowship, or an academic psychiatry certificate program, including a Doctor of Medical Science with a psychiatry concentration.
• Additional certification or clinical experience working with minors.
• Experience providing in-person care.
