Senior Java Developer

Location: On-site presence required 4 days a week

What you will do

• Design and deliver secure, scalable, fault tolerant backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to refine requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Own solutions from proof of concept through production deployment and support.
• Enhance production monitoring, alerting, observability, and traceability.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in code reviews.
• Provide technical guidance to service engineering teams and work across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years experience in backend software development
• Proficiency in Java and advanced knowledge of Java Core concepts.
• Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, REST services, RDBMS, Kubernetes, and Kafka.

Nice to have

• Experience with Contact Center solutions.
• Experience with AWS-native technologies (S3, DynamoDB, Athena, EC2).
• Experience with data stream processing frameworks (Apache Flink, Apache Spark).
