TL;DR
Junior IT Operations Engineer (IT Support): Providing L1 helpdesk support and maintaining office technology for employees with an accent on hardware/software troubleshooting and user lifecycle management. Focus on streamlining onboarding/offboarding processes, managing IT assets, and ensuring seamless AV functionality in meeting rooms.
Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland). Must be based in Ireland with full working rights; requires 4 days per week onsite.

What you will do
- Provide remote and onsite L1 IT support for hardware, software, and business applications.
- Manage the user lifecycle, including preparing equipment and account setup for onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain office AV equipment, meeting room technology, and shared workspaces.
- Track IT asset inventory and manage equipment ordering and stock.
- Develop technical documentation and knowledge base articles to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or Service Desk roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, MacOS, and mobile devices.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage user accounts and onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Must be based in Ireland with full working rights.
- Comfortable working onsite in Dublin 4 days per week.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Intune, Jamf, Okta, or Entra ID.
- Knowledge of Google Meet, Zoom Rooms, or basic networking (VPN, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with Freshservice or similar ticketing systems.
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Jamf 100, or CompTIA.
