What you will do

• Own core computer vision models from 3D human pose to statistical body modeling, taking them from prototype to production.
• Ship models for real-time execution in the cloud and on-device, managing conversion and optimization.
• Manage the full data and code lifecycle, including training frameworks, annotation workflows, and auto-labeling pipelines.
• Extend movement understanding into multimodal territory by combining vision with language and reasoning.
• Design automated systems to mature training, tracking, versioning, and deployment processes.
• Define best practices and principles to scale the impact of the Computer Vision team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience solving complex problems with Computer Vision in production environments.
• Must be based in Portugal with a valid EU visa.
• Strong software engineering foundation in architecture, pipelines, and MLOps.
• Deep hands-on command of modern Computer Vision, specifically transformers and convolutional models.
• Fluency with PyTorch or JAX and the Python data stack.
• Data-centric mindset with experience building data flywheels and active-learning loops.

Nice to have

• Experience with pose estimation, body modeling, or human-motion work.
• Experience building full-lifecycle ML systems at a startup or scaleup.
• Product mindset with a desire to ship impact to millions of members.
