Salary: £65,000 – £90,000 p.a.

What you will do

• Manage core marketplace metrics including fulfillment rates, ETAs, chauffeur utilization, and cancellation rates.
• Develop and optimize localized pricing structures and dynamic surge algorithms.
• Design chauffeur incentive programs to stabilize the marketplace during peak hours and high-demand events.
• Collaborate with global Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to improve matching algorithms and dispatch logic.
• Build and maintain internal operational tooling and analytics frameworks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in highly analytical environments such as Marketplace Ops, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL is strictly required for querying large datasets and building dashboards.
• Proven track record of moving from data-driven hypotheses to operational implementation.
• Must be based in London to support an office-based role 4 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketplace, pricing, or driver operations at platforms like Uber, Lyft, Bolt, or Deliveroo.
• Experience scaling operational processes and automated workflows from scratch.
