What you will do

• Lead technical development and data analysis for ESG initiatives, including carbon emission calculations and forecasting modelling.
• Own bi-annual carbon emissions reporting and maintain forecasting models with support from Group Sustainable Business (GSB).
• Partner with the Investment Team to forecast the impact of future transactions on the net zero portfolio glidepath.
• Partner with the Operations Team to deliver carbon intensity reduction targets aligned to the Asset Management Strategy.
• Deliver ESG projects and initiatives across ESG pillars, including ESG communication and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to enhance the ESG Dashboard and support Group and Lloyds Living reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, apply judgement, and clearly communicate insights and limitations.
• Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and deliver clear, engaging messages.
• Proficient PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Good planning and prioritisation skills to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Proactive learning mindset and commitment to developing sustainability and delivery capability.
