What you will do

• Manage end-to-end projects within the Finance Department from initiation through completion.
• Build and maintain project structures, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate project activities across Finance and cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal.
• Develop and document internal business processes, SOPs, and operational workflows.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively drive issue resolution.
• Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project coordination role.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• English: B2+ required.
• Location: Must be based in the European Region.

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, Banking, or similar industries.
• Understanding of finance operations, payments, treasury, accounting, or financial reporting processes.
