What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Support continuous process improvements to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in financial services, banking, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of core banking processes, including debits and credits.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English (C1), both written and spoken.
• Must be located in or be able to work from Vilnius, Lithuania
