What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Manage end-to-end documentation for new hires and current employees, including contracts and legal records.
• Monitor and track absenteeism, sick leaves, and workplace accidents.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, including holiday tracking and salary modifications.
• Support the labor team in performance management processes.
• Lead projects focused on continuous improvement of HR department processes.

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Labor Law, Law, Business, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of professional experience in HR.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
