What you will do

• Monitor production systems in real time to ensure uptime, stability, and optimal performance.
• Support daily market operations, including system startup, shutdown, and application updates.
• Resolve connectivity and technical issues in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation and procedures.
• Partner with engineering teams to address operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Manila, Philippines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in technical operations or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Linux environments and administration.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including routing, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Flexibility to work on a rotational working day schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure management.
• Relevant certifications in systems operations or infrastructure.
