What you will do
- Oversee the end-to-end provisioning lifecycle for global network services across three major international regions.
- Act as the primary technical SME bridging internal engineering, product teams, and global carrier partners.
- Navigate regional regulatory frameworks and ensure full compliance and meticulous asset documentation.
- Lead high-stakes escalations for complex network troubleshooting, partnering with global service providers.
- Manage high-tempo order workflows under tight deadlines to optimize operational efficiency and scale reach.
Requirements
- Experience within the Telecommunications industry; hyperscale environment experience is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in network routing theory, VoIP architectures, and the telecom provisioning lifecycle.
- Proven ability to lead complex troubleshooting and high-level escalation efforts with global providers.
- Functional knowledge of UCaaS and CCaaS ecosystems and their regulatory requirements.
- Ability to present technical data and project updates clearly to Executive leadership.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and project management platforms, including Asana and Jira.
