What you will do

• Manage on/off-boarding logistics, including laptop imaging, deployment, and asset recovery.
• Maintain the IT configuration management database (CMDB) and coordinate e-waste disposal.
• Handle IT procurement to ensure inventory levels meet forecasts and report monthly spend.
• Manage software and cloud application licenses for Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and security tools.
• Provide hardware support and troubleshoot network/remote connectivity for workstations and mobile devices.
• Act as "smart hands" for remote teams, supporting MDF/IDF rooms and third-party technicians.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on IT Helpdesk and Desktop support experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, O365, and laptop deployment/imaging solutions.
• Experience supporting Director-level and Executive stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and a customer-compassionate mindset.
• Minimum AA degree in Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Location: Based in Manila, PH

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCDST, MCSE, or MCITP).
• HDI Support Center Analyst or HDI Desktop Support Technician certifications.
• ITIL Certification.
