Compensation: SGD 200K–SGD 300K plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with Strategy and Operations to support Agent Development for customers across the APAC region.
• Plan and optimize the weekly deployment of multidisciplinary resources across customers, agent builds, and countries.
• Help scale the playbook for designing, building, evaluating, and launching AI agents for large enterprises.
• Identify expansion opportunities with account leads and convert post-sale momentum into durable revenue growth.
• Analyze complex datasets and turn findings into executive-ready recommendations and operational best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Strategy, Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, and relevant partners; build lightweight internal tools with Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or strategy and operations at top-tier technology companies.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience working with large datasets and translating analysis into business actions.
• Experience advising multidisciplinary operational teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics for executive audiences.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems independently, exercise commercial judgment, and operate in fast-changing environments.
• Proficiency in identifying and using AI tools to improve productivity and operational impact.
