Staff Azure DevOps Engineer

Location: Must be based in the US

Salary: $150,289 - $225,434

What you will do

• Architect, implement, and optimize cloud-based solutions using industry best practices.
• Develop infrastructure standards, automation, and self-service capabilities for engineering teams.
• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and reliability of cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy robust, automated systems.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of proven Azure cloud experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with Terraform or ARM/Bicep.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing application infrastructure in Azure (AKS, App Service, etc.).
• Minimum of 8 years of production-grade coding experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Golang.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS and GCP.
• Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance standards such as HIPAA and HITRUST.
