Salary: $261,800 – $436,300

What you will do

• Define and maintain portfolio strategy and roadmaps based on enterprise and business goals.
• Manage budget requests and allocate funds to strategic initiatives and product-specific demand.
• Lead, coach, and mentor an organization of senior Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Drive continuous improvement of product capabilities and operational excellence to reduce waste.
• Embed design thinking principles into the portfolio management process to foster client-centricity.
• Collaborate with the Management Team to ensure cross-portfolio alignment and strategic execution.

Requirements

• 15+ years of financial technology experience with deep knowledge of CME customers and platforms.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience managing teams of product managers, product owners, and business analysts.
• Strong expertise in clearing house operations and change management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with a client-centric Product Operating Model.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Certification in SAFe Lean Portfolio Mgmt (LPM) and/or Product Management.
