What you will do

• Program CMM and set up parts on the machine.
• Measure production orders against drawings and document the results.
• Handle non-conformities and perform First Article Inspections for new parts.
• Create setup sheets for CMM programs and contribute to the Continual Improvement Process (CIP).
• Measure specific features using other specialized equipment, such as roughness testers.
• Support Quality Engineering and management with measurement and calibration topics.

Requirements

• Mechanical education (e.g., Industriemechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker, or similar).
• 3+ years of experience working with CMM.
• Solid knowledge of Calypso, Quartis, and/or Polyworks software.
• Experience in QA processes within a production environment.
• Good German and English language skills.
• Aukom 1 certification.

Nice to have

• Aukom 2 certification.
