What you will do

• Execute regional audit cycles effectively and efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Analyze consumer data related to customer acquisition to identify irregularities, anomalies, or potential fraud.
• Conduct direct field inspections of applications, sales transactions, and collections to ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Gather supporting evidence and document chronologies of violations to ensure clear understanding of sanctions.
• Communicate audit findings to branch managers, compliance teams, and senior management.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions based on audit findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Law, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, field audit, operational risk, or fraud investigation.
• Fluency in Indonesian is required.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, specifically KYC, onboarding, credit applications, and collections.
• Ability to work independently in the field and travel to remote branch locations.
• Understanding of Indonesian fintech and financial institution regulations.
