Senior Communication Designer

What you will do

• Develop and maintain brand identity, guidelines, and templates in collaboration with the Art Director.
• Design creative concepts and key visuals for marketing campaigns and special projects.
• Mentor junior designers and communicate concepts to 3D-motion specialists.
• Implement branding across digital products including app flows, web, and landing pages.
• Create layouts for diverse marketing channels such as SMM, digital ads, CRM, and OOH.
• Brainstorm visual ideas for viral content and campaigns with the content team.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in communication design, preferably in-house on the product side.
• Mastery of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with AI tools such as Krea.
• Understanding of design impact on business metrics and marketing funnel stages.
• Ability to communicate concepts effectively to stakeholders and junior team members.
• Must be available to work Sunday to Thursday, GMT+3 timezone.

• Hands-on skills in motion design and 3D creation.
