What you will do

• Manage Falcon Intel Recon modules for multiple customers to maximize success and renewals.
• Triage and escalate noteworthy findings from the Recon application to respective customers.
• Provide subject matter expertise to guide customers through intelligence findings.
• Serve as the primary interface between clients and internal Intelligence and Engineering teams.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, all-source analysis, or intelligence collections.
• Must be based in the USA (E-Verify participation required).
• Strong knowledge of the dark and deep web ecosystems, including forums and leak sites.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of networking, email, and enterprise security concepts.

• Ability to use AI tools and familiarity with APIs for indicator delivery.
