Salary: $100,000 - $170,000 Annual

What you will do

• Perform hands-on data collection, cleansing, and model development for ACM projects.
• Partner with Model Risk Management on model validations, annual reviews, and ongoing assessments.
• Analyze model performance and explain behavioral outcomes to business stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced ML techniques to perform data mining for customer risk analysis and profiling.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive model documentation to meet regulatory and compliance standards.
• Lead automation initiatives using AWS, Python, and Tableau.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a model developer or validator in financial services, credit risk, or fraud analytics.
• 2+ years of technical experience with Python, Spark, AWS SageMaker, H2O, and SAS.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex modeling concepts.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

• Master’s Degree or MBA with an advanced analytic focus.
• Experience with commercial lending products and practices.
