React Developer (Fintech)

Salary: 500-800 PLN per man-day (B2B)

What you will do

• Design and maintain frontend applications for web and mobile channels.
• Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using React.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional squad including Tech Leads, BAs, and QA engineers.
• Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into clean, maintainable code.
• Integrate frontend layers with backend APIs and services.
• Contribute to establishing frontend standards, component libraries, and development patterns.

Requirements

• Mid-level commercial experience in frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with React for web applications.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Availability to work from the office 3 days per week in Warsaw, Kraków, Tricity, or Rzeszów.
• Understanding of modern frontend architecture and best practices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Flutter.
• Experience in the banking or financial services domain.
• Background in greenfield projects.
• Knowledge of state management patterns and component-driven architecture.
