What you will do

• Design and deliver complex frontend features for the Entitlements system, managing access control and limits.
• Lead the full SDLC of digital banking products from architectural design to release and maintenance.
• Contribute to the evolution of LLM-based voice assistants and real-time personalization engines using OpenAI.
• Act as a technical lead, mentoring junior engineers and conducting critical code reviews.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and UX Designers within a Pod-based model.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Kraków or the nearby area.
• 5–7+ years of professional experience building complex, high-traffic products.
• Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS.
• Proficiency with modern build systems including Webpack and Jenkins.
• English: Excellent spoken and written proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vue.js.
• Prior exposure to Java, Spring JPA/Hibernate, Maven, Microservices, and Cloud technologies.
• Domain knowledge in Fintech or Banking.
