What you will do

• Analyze customer design requirements and support the CDE (Comply, Deviate, Exception) process.
• Prepare electrical schematics, including panel schedules, one-lines, and control logic diagrams.
• Collaborate with MV Breaker and MV Relay suppliers to integrate performance characteristics into solutions.
• Design VAVE (Value Add/Value Engineer) alternatives to ensure quality and market competitiveness.
• Provide feedback to the product management team to adjust product roadmaps based on market trends.
• Support procurement with component analysis and assist R&D in writing factory acceptance test (FAT) plans.

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering preferred or equivalent experience in the MV SWGR space.
• Experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Smartsheet and Power BI is beneficial.
• Competence in AutoCAD, Solid Works, and Creo.
• Experience with NPDI (New Product Development Introduction) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; sponsorship will not be provided.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Direct experience with MV SWGR IEC certification.
• Experience with low and medium voltage components such as circuit breakers, transformers, and arc flash mitigation equipment.
• Ability to work autonomously and introduce new processes to an organization.
