What you will do

• Design and mock up conversion-focused websites with an emphasis on usability and visual hierarchy.
• Manage multiple design projects from initial concept through final delivery.
• Apply UX best practices to structure homepages and key landing pages for effective user experiences.
• Create high-quality graphic assets, including social media creatives and digital marketing collateral.
• Maintain consistent visual branding across all digital and marketing materials.
• Perform website content updates and layout improvements within WordPress.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of professional experience in web and graphic design within an agency environment.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in website design, branding, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency with Figma and hands-on experience with WordPress (CMS, theme customization).
• Experience using AI tools to enhance design quality and productivity.
• Excellent written English skills (C1).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting healthcare or dental clients.
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
