What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and manage customer software integrations from initial scoping through deployment.
• Configure, test, and maintain software tools and integrations connecting Flock technology with customer applications and networks.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving REST APIs, networking configurations, authentication, and data formats.
• Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and troubleshooting resources to standardize onboarding.
• Partner with internal Engineering and Product teams to feed implementation insights into core product improvements.

Requirements

• Professional software engineering experience using Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
• Practical proficiency with SQL database querying, REST API structures, and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
• Working knowledge of networking concepts, including VPNs, firewalls, IP allowlisting, and SSL/TLS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to travel regionally 25% to 50% of the time.
• Must be based in the USA.
