What you will do

• Design and implement scalable data models and production-ready data pipelines for credit risk management.
• Drive the modernization and consolidation of existing data solutions into unified, scalable platforms.
• Take full ownership of data engineering initiatives from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex needs into technical solutions.
• Optimize engineering productivity using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in data engineering and building large-scale data solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.
• Strong expertise in ETL/data pipeline development and modern data warehousing concepts.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and modern engineering practices.
• English: Very good communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Gdańsk or Warszawa (3 days/week in office).

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, financial services, or risk/credit-related domains.
• Experience with data integration and orchestration across distributed systems.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot.
