What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of data solutions and ETL processes for regulatory compliance and legal automation.
• Manage large-scale datasets and oversee complex pipelines to ensure absolute data integrity.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and engineering teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
• Refactor existing data flows and optimize alerts to improve system performance and reliability.
• Drive architectural modernization and replace manual operations with sophisticated, event-driven automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• 4+ years of Python and SQL experience.
• 4+ years of experience in data modeling and building scalable ELT/ETL pipelines on Snowflake.
• 3+ years of experience with Apache Airflow and DBT.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Argo Workflows.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with NoSQL databases and microservices architecture.
• Background in Fintech, Banking, or regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with Airbyte or modern ETL platforms.
• Experience with AI development tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
