What you will do

• Analyze project schedule delays, cost overruns, productivity, contracts, and change orders.
• Conduct data gathering activities, including document review and supervision of data entry.
• Develop and maintain electronic databases and spreadsheets tailored to project needs.
• Perform detailed research using public domain, specialized industry resources, and commercial databases.
• Audit internal work products to ensure high quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with project team leaders and experts to meet client deadlines.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering or Construction Management (MS/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Construction advisory services.
• Proven experience in construction defect analysis, delays, productivity analysis, and claims/Change Order Analysis.
• Background in investigative work focused on contractual claims and disputes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SAS, SQL, SPSS, Stata, or R is preferred.
• Must be located on the East Coast region or be able to relocate.

Nice to have

• Previous field experience on construction projects.
• Experience working for a large general contractor as a project manager.
