Senior Software Engineer (AI CICD)

Location: Remote in Europe, the United Kingdom, or the United States

Base salary: $157,000–$184,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own features end to end, from design and implementation through rollout and iteration.
• Build products including Guardener, hardened GitHub Actions, hirify.global Agent Skills, and related tools.
• Extend the agentic AI foundation into customer-facing experiences across the product suite.
• Collaborate with Product, the Experience team, other engineers, and customers to launch new features.
• Navigate ambiguous problems, prioritize tradeoffs, and ship iteratively against real deadlines.
• Contribute a strong technical perspective to architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise with containers, artifact registries, Docker, Kubernetes, and the broader Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Experience building and securing CI/CD systems.
• Proficiency with Go or the ability to ramp up quickly.
• Experience with AI tooling, strong communication skills, English proficiency, autonomy, and initiative.
