What you will do

• Launch and manage retargeting and performance campaigns.
• Handle technical setups including pixel integration and postback configuration.
• Manage inventory by maintaining whitelists and blacklists in DSP.
• Analyze creative performance and provide briefs to the design team based on CTR and conversion data.
• Report on campaign performance across different GEOs and placements.
• Optimize existing campaigns to improve user acquisition and retention.

Requirements

• 0.5+ years of experience in building marketing retention campaigns for consumer products.
• Strong understanding of attribution models and conversion deduplication.
• Experience working with creatives and setting up tasks for video production.
• Ability to analyze key metrics such as CTR, CR, and CPA.
• Proficiency in identifying campaign issues and developing solutions independently.
• Comfortable managing large-scale ad budgets.
