What you will do

• Maintain daily interaction with candidates for various company positions.
• Conduct in-depth phone and Zoom interviews to evaluate potential hires.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting established targets.
• Collaborate daily with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth process.
• Screen resumes and manage the internal candidate database.
• Proactively engage passive candidates using various channels and tools.

Requirements

• BSc in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Passion for recruitment with a proactive approach and initiative.
• Ability to maintain patience and performance while working under pressure.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of professional experience in recruitment.
