is building an AI Security and Governance Platform that provides visibility and protection across the AI lifecycle.
What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global Talent Acquisition team.
- Own hiring prioritization and workforce planning, translating growth plans into a recruiting roadmap.
- Partner with executives, HR leaders, founders, and hiring managers on recruitment strategies.
- Oversee technical, product, GTM, and leadership recruiting across Israel and global markets, including the US.
- Use recruiting data, metrics, and market insights to improve hiring decisions and performance.
- Build scalable processes, reporting, tools, and AI-supported recruiting workflows while personally leading strategic and confidential searches.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing a recruiting team.
- Experience in a fast-growing startup through significant scale and growth.
- Strong hands-on global recruiting experience, including recruiting in the US.
- Experience recruiting across technical and business/GTM functions.
- Experience partnering directly with executives, founders, and senior hiring managers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting in cybersecurity or AI companies.
- Experience recruiting across Europe, APAC, or Australia.
- Experience managing recruiters across multiple geographies.
- Experience introducing AI tools or automation into recruiting workflows.
- Experience with Comeet or a similar ATS platform.
