What you will do
- Partner with the talent team and hiring managers on Product and R&D hiring across Israel and the US.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, social media, Boolean search, and targeted outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone assessments, and lead behavioral and HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and build talent pipelines for current and future roles.
- Monitor talent acquisition trends, market conditions, and recruiting best practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a technology or startup environment.
- Strong proficiency with sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and related platforms.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in both Hebrew and English is required.
- Proactive, self-driven, creative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with hiring managers and candidates.
