Salary: $149,000 – $276,700 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the company’s quality vision, strategy, and objectives.
• Lead QMS deployment, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive a culture of quality and accountability across the organization.
• Govern warranty exposure and systemic risk mitigation in partnership with Finance and Customer Service.
• Monitor performance metrics to enhance customer satisfaction and product reliability.
• Lead cross-functional reviews of quality events to ensure permanent corrective action.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Quality leadership, governance, or systems roles.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to support business objectives.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, risk escalation, and warranty management.
• Experience operating in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior functional leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, or similar methodologies.
