What you will do

• Own the Operations Agent product that monitors KPIs continuously, surfaces anomalies and root-cause hypotheses, and drives autonomous recommendations within customer guardrails.
• Own the Industrial Data Exploration Agent that provides a unified natural-language interface across machine health data, CMMS work orders, and historian process data.
• Define and sequence additional agentic applications (e.g., maintenance planning, corporate intelligence, cross-site analysis) and shape the longer-horizon Agent and Workflow Studio vision.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, GTM, Operations, and strategic customers to take products from concept through launch and adoption.
• Translate design-partner signals into prioritized expansion bets and develop the commercialization model for multi-agent offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical Product Management or equivalent product leadership experience.
• Experience building and launching AI (agentic) applications.
• Deep familiarity with industrial environments (manufacturing, operations, maintenance, reliability, or supply chain) and the personas involved.
• Experience building complex data systems.
• Proven track record taking complex products from ambiguity through launch and commercial impact.
• Comfort driving AI-native product development decisions across agentic systems, LLM evaluation, and production AI reliability.

Nice to have

• Experience at both large and small operations.
• Experience with industrial data sources such as process historians and CMMS platforms.
• Experience with conversational AI, natural language interfaces, or AI-assisted workflow products.
• Experience co-developing and launching new product offerings with design partners or strategic enterprise customers.
