What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of the tool install design program for semiconductor construction projects.
• Manage external Architect and Engineering (AE) firms to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
• Provide technical expertise in facility systems, manufacturing equipment, and local building codes to resolve design constraints.
• Coordinate with industrial engineering, procurement, and finance teams to optimize tool layouts and contract funding.
• Define and track metrics to assess project health and implement process improvements across the design ecosystem.
• Drive the adoption of optimization and AI platforms to improve project schedules and costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field) with 4+ years of design experience in the construction industry.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in the same fields with 3+ years of design experience in construction.
• Must be based in or able to work at the Kiryat-Gat, Israel campus (Hybrid model).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of semiconductor tool installation business processes and facility distribution systems.
• Experience using database analytics to generate insights and drive decisions.
• Proficiency in reading construction contract documents, Schematics, and BIM.
• Experience in project planning, cost analysis of engineering options, and partnering with construction trades.
