What you will do

• Extract meaning and context from facility surveys and LiDAR scans.
• Utilize ArcGIS, Cyclone, and Revit to identify patterns and connections for USAF requirements.
• Leverage satellite, airborne, and terrestrial remote sensing solutions to assess survey data.
• Develop geospatial solutions for space utilization and ensure accurate real property allocations.
• Collaborate with a team of analysts to share techniques and develop workflows.
• Travel up to 25% of the time as required by project needs.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of the work.
• Experience with ESRI and ArcGIS Desktop for building drawings and facilities.
• Ability to work with AutoCAD files and transfer them into geospatial data formats.
• Ability to conduct site or facility surveys.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD, Revit, and Leica Cyclone 3D point cloud processing.
• Knowledge of DoD installations, missions, and facility types.
• Familiarity with Air Force Manuals and Instructions (AFMAN/AFI) regarding facility requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Planning, Engineering, or Geography.
• AutoDesk or GISP Certification.
